Todas as den\u00fancias foram feitas atrav\u00e9s dos telefones 153 Emerg\u00eancia e 4432-9060 ou ainda pelo App 153 da Prefeitura de Jundia\u00ed. Os atendimentos seguiram as determina\u00e7\u00f5es estabelecidas pelo decreto municipal em obedecer as regras sanit\u00e1rias de distanciamento e os percentuais de ocupa\u00e7\u00e3o dos espa\u00e7os.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Os bairros do Medeiros e Jardim Tamoio foram os locais com maior incid\u00eancia de aglomera\u00e7\u00f5es. No local, segundo as equipes da GM que realizaram o atendimento, havia 850 pessoas. Ningu\u00e9m foi encaminhado ao plant\u00e3o policial. Em cumprimento \u00e0 determina\u00e7\u00e3o legal, o alvar\u00e1 de funcionamento j\u00e1 foi cassado e o estabelecimento ser\u00e1 autuado. O processo foi encaminhado para interdi\u00e7\u00e3o, conforme ART. 281, inciso I, alinea &#8220;b&#8221; da Lei Complementar 460\/2008, C\u00f3digo Tribut\u00e1rio Municipal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O comandante da GMJ, Benedito Marcos Moreno, pede que as pessoas denunciem \u00e0 corpora\u00e7\u00e3o caso visualizem aglomera\u00e7\u00f5es ou festas clandestinas.
