Sibinel comentou sobre os primeiros dias \u00e0 frente do comando e aproveitou para entregar uma recorda\u00e7\u00e3o ao prefeito.<\/p>\n<p>\u201c\u00c9 uma lembran\u00e7a simples como \u00e9 a vida de um soldado.
