To be a global city and compete on an equal footing with any locality in the world, Jundiaí gives special attention to education, from basic levels to vocational education and human resources qualification. 

With strong investments in elementary school, the city sought and reached a score of 7 in the IDEB (Basic Education Development Index).

In the area of vocational education, Jundiaí has public units of the Faculty of Technology (FATEC), the Federal Institute of São Paulo (IFSP) and the two Technical Schools (ETEC) for the regional labor market.

In addition to the proximity to the main university and research centers in the country, such as USP and UNICAMP, the city has several bilingual schools, technical schools and colleges that contribute to the training of skilled labor.
